Returns & Exchanges

 

At THTC, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after your item is dispatched to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All tags attached with original packaging
  • Free from make up, animal hair and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal. Here, you can request a refund or an exchange. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and/or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. THTC does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. THTC reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Almost all items that we sell are eligible for returns/exchanges. Unfortunately, as a bundle product counts as a single item, we will only be able too accept a return if the bundle is returned in its entirety.

Exchanges

The fastest and best way to rectify a sizing/colour issue with an item you have received is by requesting an exchange. When you visit our Returns Portal, you will be able to request an exchange for a different variant of the product. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the original item. Once this is received, we will send out the new item to you as a new order.

Refunds

To request a refund on your order, please visit our Returns Portal and submit a return request. Once accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the item for refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Christmas Returns Period

We know sometimes picking the right size for Christmas gifts can be hard! To help you out, we have extended our return period to 45 days. Returns must be lodged 45 days from the date your order was dispatched.

Please note: orders must have been placed between 22nd November - 23rd December to be valid for 45 day return period, any orders placed after this date won’t be included.
